Mogadishu Stadium vintagesomalia
The stadium was built in 1978 with assistance from the Chinese. The stadium served many functions. It was used for concerts purposes, political rallies, and sporting events. The most successful concert in Somali history was held in the stadium in 1987 by the Somali singer Magool.
